Hoxville® HMS Condition Monitoring System

Hoxville HMS ensures performance of your machinery and equipment. It will assist in increasing reliability, avoiding unplanned shutdowns and extending equipment life. HMS is a combination of online independent monitoring and diagnosing software. HMS is competent in condition monitoring of wind turbines, water turbines, plant installations and lubrication and hydraulic oil systems. Online monitoring is done with Hoxville VIB and Hoxville OIL embedded measuring devices linked to ethernet, web or automation system.

Hoxville VIB 105 vibration monitor is applied in rotating machinery and equipment e.g. electric motors, generators, gear boxes, pumps, compressors, fans and turbines. Numerous methods of signal processing are executed to harvest and analyze the measured data. The expert system computes the status of the condition of rolls, bearings, gears and other drive train parts . Maintenance can be scheduled based on early detection.

Hoxville OIL500 is a versatile oil analyzer for condition monitoring. It measures on-line several physical parameters linked to the quality and aging of the oil. Based on the expert diagnosis it will estimate the usability of the oil.

The embedded device Prodatec S1000 keeps on reading monitoring information from the LAN. It will send the data to the server using web service technology. The internet access is done with different technologies like; VDSL,ADSL,3G,OFDM,GPRS,GSM.

The results are reported as trends, alarms and graphs tailormade for user groups like maintenance people and production personnel at the operating company, service firm or other stakeholders.
